Meet Mama Yoga Utah
Our goal is to help you relax and adapt to your changing body, whether this is your first child or your fifth. Our instructor, Kristen Canalessi, brings her 17+ years of yoga experience, motherhood and attitude of acceptance. It’s never too early to start prenatal yoga since your body begins changing from conception and you can take as many workshops as you like, every class will be designed to help you in your stage of pregnancy and beyond.
