I love teaching even more than I love practicing. My favorite part of every class is Savasana. I love seeing my students let go (or attempt to) for even a moment. That is what yoga is all about for me, letting go. Letting go of stress, prejudgments, comparison, even sense of self and egotism, and allowing ourself to grow outside of our own conscienceness to something more.
